In the Collector mode Advanced Email Parser independently checks mailboxes using predefined passwords.
Any mailbox with scheduled check options works in the collector mode.
This mode is used to: check email on the schedule without user's assistance.
It's recommended to use the Collector mode for the following tasks:
- To process email reports
- To process bounce-back notifications
- To form auto-respond emails
- To manage mailing lists
- To sort and redirect the incoming mail
- To manage attachments
- To collect email from various sources and forward to mailbox/group
- To automate email campaigns
